Program Overview:
Blue Marble Academy offers specialized executive function (EF) coaching for gifted and twice-exceptional students. Our sessions focus on helping learners strengthen organization, focus, emotional regulation, and goal-setting skills. Every plan begins with a free 20-minute intake consultation, followed by weekly one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges.

What is the 20-minute intake consultation?
It is a short meeting to learn about your child’s goals, current challenges, and schedule. We use it to recommend the right tutoring or executive function coaching plan.

Do I have to book the intake before weekly sessions?
Yes. Intake comes first; weekly 50-minute sessions are offered only after we review the student’s needs.

Are sessions online or in person?
Intake sessions are online. Ongoing tutoring and programs can be online or at the Blue Marble learning centre in King City, ON, depending on availability.

Who will my child work with?
Students meet 1-on-1 with a trained Blue Marble instructor. Our team includes certified teachers and experienced tutors who follow our inquiry-based approach.

What are your hours?
We are typically available Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm; Fridays and Sundays are by appointment.
