Athlete’s Lab is designed for student-athletes who want support balancing academics, executive functioning, and athletic development. The program is a great fit for students who want to build confidence, improve their routines, and prepare for success both in school and in sports.
Athlete’s Lab is open to students entering Grades 4-12.
No. Students do not need to play at a competitive level to participate. Athlete’s Lab welcomes students of different sports, skill levels, and athletic backgrounds.
Students should bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothing, indoor running shoes, and any schoolwork or academic materials they would like support with.
Each Athlete’s Lab session is two hours long. Students rotate through academic preparation, executive functioning support, and athletic skill development.
Families can register by completing the Athlete’s Lab registration form. Once the form has been submitted, our team will contact you to confirm availability and provide any additional program information.
Yes. The academic portion of Athlete’s Lab can help students review important concepts, prepare for upcoming tests, complete assignments, and strengthen areas where they may need additional support. Students will also work on executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, planning, focus, and accountability.
