Create a Digital Business Card for Your Apple Wallet

This guide will help you create a digital business card for your Apple Wallet using the Pass2U Wallet app available on the App Store. Follow the steps below to easily create and share your digital business card!

Step 1 - Create a QR Code for your website/registration form

1. Visit Here for a free online QR code generator tool made by Wix or try out any other free QR Code generator.

2. Insert the URL of your website to generate the QR Code.

3. Download andSave the QR Code on your phone as an image.

Step 2 - Download and Install Pass2U Wallet

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

2. Search for "Pass2U Wallet".

3. Tap "Get" or the download icon to install the app.

4. Once installed, open the Pass2U Wallet app.

Step 3 - Create a New Pass

1. Open the Pass2U Wallet home screen, tap the "+" (plus) button to create a new pass.

2. Select "Scan the barcode message"

3. Select "Generic" to create a new wallet card.

Step 4 - Customize Your Business Card

1. Template Selection: Choose a template that suits your preferences.

2. Personal Information: Fill in the fields with your personal and business information: Name, Company, Job, Title, Phone Number, Email Address, Website, URL, and Address.

3. Logo and Image: Add your company logo and a profile picture if desired. Tap on the image placeholder to upload an image from your photo library or take a new one.

4. Color Scheme: Customize the color scheme to match your branding. Tap on the colour options to select the background and text colours.

   
   

Step 5 - Save and Generate the Pass

1. Once all information is filled in and you are satisfied with the design, tap "Next" or "Save".

2. Review the pass to ensure all information is correct.

3. Tap "Generate" to create your business card pass.

Step 6 - Add the Business Card to Apple Wallet

1. After generating the pass, you will be presented with an option to add it to your Apple Wallet.

2. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet".

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the addition of the pass to your Apple Wallet.

Step 7 - Share your Digital Business Card

1. Open your Apple Wallet.

2. Select your Business Card Pass.

3. Tap the share icon (usually represented by an arrow pointing upwards).

4. Choose how you want to share your Digital Business Card (e.g., email, message, AirDrop).

Keep your information up-to-date: Regularly update your business card information in the Pass2U Wallet App to ensure your contacts have the latest details.
